How Zora The New Dawn Changed My Life
Hi! I’m Claudelle. I’m over 50 and an expert in women’s vitality. As a mentor for healthy living and personal growth, I’ve been helping women feel comfortable in their bodies again for over 20 years.
This is my story, my journey through menopause and how the Zora Four Elements System was created, just for you.
Over the years, I’ve reached thousands of women in many ways: through TV shows, as an influencer, and via online training programs. I’ve always felt that I have an important mission and I’m fully dedicated to it.
I want to show as many women as possible how powerful balanced nutrition, movement, and the right focus can be in transforming their lives – their health, their mood, their appearance, and their entire being.
I started noticing mood swings, my concentration dropped, and my sleep became restless and far less refreshing. My body suddenly stopped responding the way it used to: to movement, to nutrition, things that had always come naturally to me.
It took months before I understood that I was going through something completely normal a natural process that every woman experiences: hormonal changes during the early stages of menopause. I realized I wasn’t alone. Many women go through exactly the same changes I was facing.
In my mid-40s, just when I felt at my peak something went wrong.
Today, I see a tremendous mission in spreading the knowledge I’ve acquired and the methods I’ve learned and experienced in dealing with menopause stages, because we deserve to enjoy this period – our prime time.
I noticed extreme mood changes, my concentration ability decreased, my sleep became much less continuous and quality, and my body no longer responded the same way to workouts and nutrition that were an integral part of my routine.
It took me several months of running from doctor to doctor to understand that I was simply going through a natural process every woman goes through: hormonal changes occurring in the early stages of menopause. I understood I wasn’t alone, that there are many women experiencing exactly the same phenomena with me.
I started investigating and discovered that:
- Most women don't understand that what they're going through is related to hormones.
- Most women look for the solution in the wrong place.
- Most of us are embarrassed to talk about it and if we don't talk, how can we treat the problem?
