About the Program
What is the Zora Four Element System?
A holistic menopause framework built on four pillars: Nutrition, Fitness, Mindfulness, and Medical Knowledge. Together they reduce symptoms, balance hormones, build strength, and improve overall wellbeing. The program teaches you how to integrate these four daily for lasting results.
How long is the program?
The program lasts for 10 weeks. Webinar participants also get an extra 3 months of extended access, giving nearly 6 months total support.
How much time do I need each day?
The program is designed for busy women. It doesn’t add extra tasks, it simply replaces old habits with healthier ones.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every workout includes beginner and advanced options. Nutrition changes start simple. Safe for women with common limitations (back pain, joints, etc.). You go at your own pace.
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
The course is very easy to follow. There is no complex technology involved. If you can watch a video and send a Whatsapp message, you can do this. Support is always available.
Medical & Health Questions
Do I need to consult my doctor before starting?
The program is safe, moderate, and adaptable yet it is advised to consult your doctor especially if you have pre existing conditions or take medication.
Can I do this if I'm on hormone therapy?
Yes! The program complements medical treatments. Always keep your doctor informed.
What if I have specific health conditions?
We can adapt the program for most conditions (back issues, diabetes, surgeries, joint pain, thyroid, etc.). Tell us your situation after joining and we’ll guide you personally.
Will this replace my doctor's treatment?
No. It complements your doctor’s care. We teach lifestyle habits and provide expert information so you can have better conversations with your doctor.
Program Access & Materials
How do I access the program?
You access the program and all content daily through our app, available on your mobile, tablet, or computer. Support is provided through a dedicated WhatsApp group.
What if I need to pause the program?
No problem. Our WhatsApp support runs during your cohort’s 10 weeks, so try to follow along, but should you need to pause, contact our support and we will accomodate you.
Community & Support
Is there community support?
Yes. You join a small WhatsApp group (~25 women) navigating the journey together. It’s supportive, motivating, and often the favorite part of the program.
What is the WhatsApp expert support?
Every participant gets access to dedicated WhatsApp groups where medical doctors, certified nutritionists, and fitness coaches answer your questions daily. It’s like having a medical team in your pocket real-time support when you need it most.
What if I have technical problems?
Support is available anytime. Most issues are quick fixes. We help you step by step.
Results & Expectations
When will I see results?
Many women see improvements within 1–2 weeks (sleep, energy, bloating, mood). Physical changes typically appear by weeks 3–4.
What kind of results can I expect?
Better sleep, more energy, reduced symptoms, improved mood, clearer mind, reduced belly fat, better digestion, fewer hot flashes, and improved metabolic health.
What if I don't see results?
We troubleshoot with you: consistency, nutrition, sleep, medical factors, and correct tracking. Small adjustments often unlock progress. You won’t be left alone.
